Notebook Setup


You’ll need the following stacks:

1. Inbox
In this stack, you’ll need the following Notebooks:
.Inbox (Deferred/Planning)
.Inbox (Done/2 Minute Rule)
.Inbox (Unsorted)

2. Active Projects
3. Projects
4. Reference / Collections
5. Support Material / Research
6. Someday / Maybe
In this stack, you’ll need the following Notebooks:
.Tickler

Tags



You’ll need the following tags:

.What
.When
Create and drag these tags to “.When”:
!-Daily
1-Now
2-Next
3-Soon
4-Later
5-Someday
6-Waiting

.Where
Create and drag these tags to “.Where”:
@Home
@Work
@Computer

Add other locations like “@Travel” for instance, if you need to do things whilst travelling, or “@Australia” if there are things to take care of in other countries.

.Who
Create an “&Name” tag for each person you intend to delegate/defer tasks to, and drag them under the “.Who” tag.
